Delete your InvoFrog account

In the app

• Sign in to InvoFrog.
• Open Settings.
• Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

By email

Email support@invofrog.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in, email address, name, and profile — deleted immediately.
• Your access to your company's requests, estimates, and invoices — removed immediately.

What is kept

Estimate, invoice, and payment records are kept without your login, because businesses must keep financial records for tax and legal reasons (typically up to 7 years). Payment records also remain at Stripe under their own policy.
