Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and EliteTeamPilot, the owner of InvoFrog. By creating an account or using InvoFrog you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
Using InvoFrog
- You are responsible for the estimates, invoices, prices, and work you offer your customers.
- Only upload content and customer information you have the right to use.
- Do not use InvoFrog for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Payments and fees
Customer payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Services Agreement. InvoFrog charges a platform fee of 1% on payments collected through the app, and Stripe charges its own processing fees. Optional customer-paid processing fees are shown to the customer before they pay. Payouts are made by Stripe to your connected bank account.
Your content
You own the information you put into InvoFrog. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers
InvoFrog is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here. Continued use means you accept them.
