InvoFrog is owned and operated by EliteTeamPilot ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the InvoFrog app and website collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted).
• Business details — company name, phone, address, logo, and settings you enter.
• Customer and job data — names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, photos, estimates, invoices, and messages you or your customers add.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card or bank numbers; we keep payment status and amounts.
• Usage data — when estimate and invoice links or emails are opened, so you can see when customers view them.

How we use it

• To run your account and deliver estimates, invoices, emails, and payments.
• To send account emails such as confirmations and password resets.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking across other apps or websites.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — to process payments and contractor payouts.
• Hosting and email providers — to store data and deliver email on our behalf.
• The law — when required by a valid legal request.

Keeping and deleting data

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, or see how to delete your account. Deleting your account removes your sign-in and personal profile right away. Estimate, invoice, and payment records are kept in anonymized form where needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to your own account and company.

Children

InvoFrog is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
